One of the worst banks I dealt with. Customers service personals are determined to make your your life hard so you don't come again. They over complicateing everything, whatever take one hour in other respectable banks branches may take you days in this branch.
1st time to visit this branch, don't have a review yet
When Ajnabi (expats) take token and go inside they tell system down, and when saudis comes after us, there is no system down. Solving problems without any issue for saudis even their token is after us.
Very good experience! Extremely helpful employees.
