SNB service varies from branch to branch. I was turned away from employee on desk 1 SNB Al Urubah branch by misguiding me that I have to wait 24 hours to get my Debit card from Kiosk machine after 3 failed attempts and was directed by Kiosk machine to seek help from bank when I opened my account online. The same day afternoon I went to NCB branch Al Takhassousi and the lady on desk 2, opened my account instantly.
If there is less than 1 star, I will vote for. This branch is the worst branch ever. A lot of employees without benefits, they sit on their offices and most of people waited for more than 2 hours.
Quick service Friendly and professional bankers Tellers stations are directly accessible without thick bullet proof glass!
