Worst bank in KSA, with the most pathetic customer services. They take 1hr to serve just 3clients, waiting time is disastrous and disappointing. Only 1 employee in a big branch, such a poor & disgusting bank. Closing my account here for good.

Online services of BAJ are excellent. My review is for this branch only. Visited today, waited for 30 minutes, went to counter 6 to know that system is down. Staff attitude is horrible. Most of the time ATM is close too even you visit at 8am or 8.30amand even if it is open,its out of order most of the times
