Wesam Lounge customer service deserves a five star, but unfortunately waiting for more than 30 minutes is normal in the main hall!
Very slow service overall, there are over 16 counter, but only 2 or 3 maximum are working at a time, and the wait in the queue can be up to an hour in normal cases
Self service is not working either no paper or something wrong .
Too bad 0 stars is not an option. This bank has no respect for its customers’ time—expect to wait an hour or longer for service, even when there are plenty of people sitting around. It is hands down the worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. Avoid at all costs.
Very bad .. zero customer service.. 4 customer service employee just chating for more than 20 mins and leaving the customers waiting
