If there was negative stars, I would’ve rated that. 10 mins to renew my contact info which is fine. Banker insisted I keep my account open. Explicitly informed him that I am not interested 3 times. He said to take a number and wait for the teller to withdraw everything. Been waiting for 37 minutes so far!!! I was the first person in branch and these tellers are doing everything but serve the customers!!!! OVER 30 MINUTES!!!! If you value your time, RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION ASAP!!!! Absolutely gross service. Thank Allah i don’t have to deal with them or this bank again. ??????

we've visit two bank of NCB that didnt entertain us well. Until we've reached this branch. i may say this branch is Outstanding Branch of NCB. fast Convinient service, great staff especially in the ATM card assistance service. Keep it up.
