Lousy service as I entered the place when there was no other clients, yet I had to wait more than 10 mins to be served. As for the staff, it all depends on your luck, some are nice and some others are not at all. Car parking is almost impossible around the area, so expect to park your car somewhere far unless you are lucky.

Worst bank and service! They treat you like 2nd class and think they're doing something good! People come here for something important but these staff they can think they can treat you like rubbish! They say "oh system down" " come tomorrow" or "next week". If you can't help then say it straight! We won't die. We will just think you're just incompetent bank! But making people come here for weeks and weeks isn't right. This is pure oppression! , May Allah SWT deal with them accordingly!!!

Bank looks impressive... Many counters for customer service and teller services but the main concern is speed and no.of employees.. though there are many CS counters ONLY 1 guy was working.... Their work is dead slow... I went there to update my iqama details because they don't update automatically through MOI... For this you have to fill 3 pages form with your details, iqama details, Salary details, national address, work address, home country details, declaration... Etc.. after filling these you need to wait min 20 mins per customer... There were only 2 customers before me and that took 1 Hr 5 Mins for my turn... They definitely need some serious training to fasten their services... I hope atleast next year they will implement automatic iqama update...

What a terrible service only one employee to servie all the customers. The waiting time is not Less than one hour. If you are a potential customer to this bank I would adive you to revise your decision. (auto leasing branch)

Worst servicing bank in saudi. I took credit card from them and travel dubai and end up lot of trouble . The card locked without any reason and not able to unlock at all. The call center for credit card is always says all agents are busy, Busy. Auto loan support is too bad. One staff to support 100 people. All other staffs take rest. Waiting time is 2 hours.
