The manager of the branch in Al-Qazzaz is sitting by himself. I seek refuge in God from his morals and psyche. He is treated like asphalt. Only the customer service and sales employee can intercede for the branch. May God make him happy. Not the manager.
I would rate less than a star. There is no available car parking and the bank operations officer cannot help me with my problem about the daily money transfer exceeding limit. I have a very important business transaction that became wasted due to their very poor financial advice. They should know how to solve the problems of their clients with simple problems related to online bank transfer. He even refused my request when I asked to close my account to get my money so that I can pay my client. Instead, he instructed me to withdraw the money everyday and pay my client by installment. You wasted my 2 HOURS time and made inconvenience with my business client. VERY BAD!
