Staff behaviour is very good and services is excellent.
They’re act like they don’t care they’re customers and customers time ! Bad attitude! They’re not good behave if someone not Saudi nationality!No rule they’re following! That’s horrible!
Today 19-4-2022 at 3:50pm, I entered to the bank and security stopped and told me Bank is closed. (As per Bank timing is up to 4:00pm). But I requested and show a approval message which received yesterday to withdraw some cash and he called the manager, I explained my case and he accepted to enter. Unfortunately my thawakkalna was unimmune and security not allowed to enter. and again I requested but he started to behave roughly and throw me outside like a thief. He scratch my hand and throw out and closed the door.... This can be happened wgen there is no proper behavior personal staff not available... very sad at this Ramadan day..
Excellent customer service very good I cant explain there all employees very good service and helpful supporting god bless them very nice...
Very very bad and poor customer service, staff was not on duty. From four counter only one customer officer was available and very very bad customer service
