Very bad Service! I visited 2months ago!!! The teller are Excited to close even still 3:30pm the teller always observe who’s coming in!! When I sat and got my Priority number it’s like 20mins waiting after the teller will ask you update? And if you say yes they give very quick answer ‘’SORRY OUR SYSTEM ARE CLOSED” But still the time is 4:00pm!! I regret of coming that branch Wasting my time!!
Nice people especially once you know them. Overall they are helpful even though it's a busy branch. The service is done at a reasonable time, even if it takes longer on a busy day but you'll be satisfied by the end. Remarkable the customer service Motaz Al-Essa. He is doing great job helping as much as he can and trying to satisfy customers waiting
Worst customer service as mentioned in previous reviews. Avoid visiting that branch if you cannot speak Arabic.
