Great caring people but a bank that only ever works when it's taking money. If there is ever any paperwork, you'll be coming back 10 times and they'll give you a different story about what you have to do each time. I've just had really bad experiences with NCB both the auto lease and the bank / credit card services. The company is held together by good people working with a broken system. They make money inspite of their incompetence.
