Bad Service! I came to collect my package, but they refused my aufenthaltstitel and said I had to bring my passport. whereas at other dhl, you can use aufenthaltstitel and rarely ask for a passport.
Well, not too friendly but you get get what you want, if you persist. Weirdest answer ever: we don't have stamps... For those who need the letterbox times, I added a picture so you see when it is emptied.
