Worst bank of Pakistan. Staff behaviour is very rude. For a simple transaction you have to wait too much.
National Bank of Pakistan is a Government owned bank in Pakistan. Like most of the National Bank branches, Tench Bhata Branch is usually very crowded. Although there are many sofas inside the branch for waiting customers, yet it is so crowded in peak-hours daily and all the time during first week of a month that people have to wait an hour in queue outside the branch, and sometimes hours more after entering the branch before being facilitated. There is not enough staff in the branch to effectively handle the large number of customers.
ATM has issues and it works slowly. It needs to be resolved plz.
