An exercise in inefficiency. Incompetent staff means that people are always running away from NBP instead of trying to open an account here. No token system, so no queue management. The cashier is barely literate with computers and takes extra time to "post" the transaction. Good for nothing staff try to interject in a couple of friends having a light chat. They couldn't even hear us talk, how can they serve us properly?
very rude attitude of bank manager mr.usman and his colleague miss saira who is sitting beside him. they do not how talk with account holders and seniors citizen.
Very bad and non supportive staff. What else can be expected from government bank, whenever I go there they told me the same lame excuse 'hmara system nhi chal rha'. Just because they don't want to work.
This is first bank I saw whom they dont have money to giving people every body sitting for waiting money management ie too rude no one listing
ATM of this bank is always out of order or shortage of money.
