Liked the easy going ambience. Yet found no compromise on services rendered. Friendly and professional staff, clean environment. Western union services present here specially to assist foreigner students to receive support from their home country. A counter dedicated to NAFA funds where efficiently helps the clients.
At 14:00 hours no staff is available in the bank, bad service as you can expect from any govt. entity
The experience was as bad as it could be on any national bank branch. No information counter available to answer queries even considering that 100s of students come on daily basis for fee submission and admissions.
I have submitted my fees 3500/= Rupees in your bank but my admit card is still unavailable at official side of NED university and they said that this problem is because of some technical issues in bank.. So who the hell give me my adnit card and when? >_
fuzool branch itna rush non coprative staff almost always system fail when we visit to paying srb tax.
