National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) H9MJ+CPF Angoori Bagh Baghbanpura

My account is at NBP Wapda House which is far away . I visited the nearest Branch of NBP and presented a cheque alongwith a photo copy of my NIC with my mobile number. They told me that they will not cooperate and put forward lame excuses and told me to present the cheque at Wapda House branch. Due to Corona Season the govt has announced that cash could be drawn online from the nearest branch of your bank free of charges of online banking. Due to free service declared by govt they have become non cooperative and force the customers to the branches where the accounts are being maintained. Online banking of NBP is not good. However the place was clean for which they deserve one star out of five. But they are highly non cooperative as compared with other banks NBP is rude and creates unnessary obstacles for its customers e.g the bank staff was working without wearing any masks but the customers were not allowed to enter without masks.

It's mostly crowded. People behind the counter work really slowly. They entertain one person for half an hour and keep the queue stagnant. I've seen them sometimes start eating food before lunch. They talk to each other too much without paying attention to the task at hand. On the other hand, for submitting cheques, their service is fine.

Worst place you could ever visit. Customers are waiting in the blazing sun while the staff is sipping tea in air conditioned rooms. The staff is extremely rude and slow. People have to wait for 4 to 5 hours in long ques for any sort of fee deposition.

Very bad experience Staff is not corporating They have no concern about their customer Wasting of 2 to 3 hrs or may be more then. Please think before on visiting this place
