PECHS - Main tariq road Karachi As on 17/06/2019 when i approach the cash counter , the cashier (the chubby lady) was busy on her personal call , later when i approach the BM (Slim- dark face), he latterly threaten to beat me with his fellow colleague. later i waited for an hour to clear my cheque , which i believe was only 10 mins job but due to ridiculous service take ages to complete The reason i am approaching this form because NBP online complaint form is not accepting complain neither their call center providing me any complain number as they having some system error in generating complain number thanking you
Relatively convinient services. Entrance stairs may not be suitable for most customers.
Same old fashioned outfit and SOPs. Needed one window solution desks.
Management needs too improve. security not ok
