They provide the worst customer service, It has been 18 months that I'm waiting for refund of bank guarantee and till now they didn't issue a cheque. I visited their office many times, called the customer service but sadly no good result yet.

Staff are not trained at all and provide wrong information. They make an account opening complicated and make you go back and forth for nothing. I visited three times as they told me bring to bring certain documents, and when I bring it to them they tell me I can’t open one. In addition, there is a female who is very rude and does not know how to talk to customers. The bank should consider changing her for their own sake.

Never Ever Go NBQ!! Very rude and worst customer service..no any specific rules as a bank ,rules are generated by the staff! I visited the bank for 4-5 times in 28 days and at the end the manager Miss Awatif saeed advised me to visit any other good banks!she was too much rude and angry from the beginning itself..idk what was her problem.. As a manager she is advising the customers to visit other banks?? After one month???

NBQ Bank is among the good bank in UAE which does not require any minimumbalanve for the company accounts and the services are very good.

I have my account here where in fact may salary is being debited tru here. And icame home last year for vacation and of course i will run out of money. And when i came back to dubai. When i try to deposit on my account tru the machine ,they wont allow me for some reason i thought it just a technical issue so i try several time and several days. And still i cannot. So i decide to call customer service and inform about the issue. And the guy told me if the account is not in used for 2 ‘mos the account will be automatically blocked. So its fine with me. I cannot do anything about it. So i didnt try again to deposit for my maintaning balance and i transfer my salary to a diff bank. And just a week ago i notice on my email that they still sending me a credit note or charges for not maintaining my balance. I was so surprise for the bill charges as i know my account is blocked already. How come they charges penalty to a blocked account and i am trying to deposit before, but they didint allow me. I dont know if its a kind of scam or what. I am just super super dissapointed.
