My debit card was not working & i needed cash urgently..i couldnot withdraw cash from branch as my EID got expired 2 days back..service staff Gurmeet Singh helped me to create on line banking n withdrawal via mobile cash service..really thankful for that. Happy to recommend Rakbank to my friends & business accociates..
Worst Banking services, Received a token with 4 waiting customs to deposit cash to Rak account. Only one teller was attending for 10min then left the counter. For more then 30-40 min no teller was attending the customers. It was unbelievable customer waiting for so long time.
I was very impressed with the professionalism of the local manager,I believe her name is Badriya, she was assisting the customers at the branch which you never seen in other banks, I am really thinking to move my account to Rak and speak to my staff who work for the government to do so. Even the staff at the branch was very welcoming, the bank has a warm feeling. whcoucouldn
