06July2022: Visited for the first time for seeking correction in my Jazz Cash account. I reached at 4:25 p.m. First I had to wait 10 minutes outside, then had to wait further 30 minutes because the concerned staff was not on his seat. He had gone to have lunch... Finally approached the Branch Manager who said, "He works from 9 to 9. He is also human." Strange that the visitors have to suffer due to under-employment by Mobilink. Secondly the Branch Manager raised brows at the garbage spread freely in the whole branch as if this was the first time it had happened or she had noticed the first time. There were no garbage bins visible inside the office. My problem has been shared to the Technical team by Ahsan Ali. He hoped it would be resolved by tomorrow.

Jazzcash is the worst app transaction fails every time on it. Agr mere bas main hota to 1 star se bhi neeche rating deti. It is a shame for them to be called an IT telecommunication company as one has to go physically to solve their problem. After all the procedures, you are given the answer ap kindly wait Karen.

Well I have solved my jazzcash issue from this Bank it has also co-operative and supporting staff they helped me to solve my problem. Best Staff Best Bank.

Unprofessional people and staff, Officer Mr. Fazal said that ZIM company guards deputed for customer services by bank. Too much arguments and misbehaving. This is my second visit to the following branch and again totally disappointed, Rude and misbehaving staff, a private security guard interpreted while I was at desk to know what I am looking for, when I argue that its not a security guard job to talk to customer, however Mr. Fazal in bank said that these guards deputed by bank and its his job. How dare the guards allowed to talk to the customer that what they are looking for? I felt that most of the staff is recruited through PARCHI (Rishwat), where is ihe HR? How the HR department recruiting these unethical staff? Totally disappointed by the services and behaviour of the bank staff. I scared and felt that I am here in some Fish or vegetable Market.
