Mai Mai made my remittance from abroad so much easier despite how inefficient it is to do banking in the Philippines. All I needed was my passport, and my remittance reference number, fill up the information paper, wait a bit... perhaps a while then viola. She handled three people at the same time including myself efficiently. It took me an hour from walking in, and out of the bank. The fastest banking experience for me Is 45 minutes. Thanks Mai!
I have had transactions with this branch for a good number of years, and so far their services have never failed me. Staff are accomodating. The guards are also nice and not overly intimmidating like thugs. I reccomend this branch.
Hope they could improve their services. They need to look into their processes and address the level of efficiency. Banking should already be seemless nowadays, sadly not for this particular branch.
Sure it's pandemic and all but if you can't add tellers (probably there's just 2) can you atleast provide some shade from the "frying sun" sa mga nasa line!!!! We're still clients afterall! Meanwhile big clients just waltz in!! Hayyyyy
