Poor customer service. I went there to change my account from asaan account to current. In 1.5 months my application was not process. Every week they use to say next week. Then i submit request to close my account. And since 1 month my application is still under process. Meezan bank should replace whole staff of bara dari branch.
Terrible Experience, No ethics in customer dealing. OM and BM does not know the work procedures and only knows how to support each other against customer benefits. Must change the staff or need some proper training.
