Meezan is a great bank and I have really been their fan when it comes to banking and customer services. At this particular branch, staff is courteous but overloaded with customers, which tells the overgrowing demand for Meezan. At the same time it is bit different from other branches in terms of processes. You have to wait a lot, firstly due to lots of customers and secondly, lack of processes to handle them. Staff often use their own judgement to prioritize. Online customers are sent downstairs, where there is no token system and staff tells the customers to wait in the small sitting area and decide amonst themselves about their turns for being served. There are two counters with one male and one female staff. One counter is loaded with customers and other doing nothing just watching the other work.
Bm Haroon Khan is a great person.Cooperative and well mannered staff.The environment inside has no match with other branches. They have 2 Atm machines which are always working and are in good condition .
Customer guidence and facilities are not satisfactory. Location and space for customers not good.
Best Islamic Bank in the country
This is an Islamic bank under the supervision of Mufti Taqi Usmani. Till now i see they are doing a good job. Hopefully they will do the same in future and follow the sharia compliant banking . I see many people having illogical expectations from Islamic banking compared to coventional banking. I suggest to everyone to understand Islamic banking before criticizing it.
