They are horrible at the management, never stick to their rule and also give preference to those who they know personally. Today I was standing in the queue for along time because they were taking the deposit slip from the guys who doesn’t follow the queue and came directly to the front window and handover their slip due their personal relations ti the staff, which is totally unfair to those standing in the queue for long time and also a shame for this institution as they failed to follow their own rules.
