Zero understanding of customer service. Went to cash my own cheque and was told "we don't have this much cash". When I asked how this is possible the teller told me "wait until someone deposits then you can withdraw". As she was saying this nonsense, right next to me there was someone withdrawing about 10x my amount. When I inquired about this I was told "oh actually we do have cash I just don't have it at my till, wait until the other customer is done and we will call you up." Blatant lies without reason, purely shameful behavior. Went to the Allied branch and cashed my cheque there instead.
Pathetic service and whenever i went there for transaction they haven’t cash and made lame excuses. Very very bad experience
