Good for normal banking needs. But if you need more, they are like some government organisation. E.g. it took 45 days to get PRC from bank.
very bad experience here 2 weeks passed but I haven't received my debit card. administration told me that I will receive it within maximum 7 days but till now I am empty handed. I requested them again and again that its urgent and please make sure that it should not take more than normal but you know its impossible that in Pakistan every work has to be done when its over.. ….really it was a bad experience … I hope if someone from administration will notice my issue than please have a sight. I will be thankful Muhammad Usama
Senior staff is very unprofessional and rude ? while some of their juniors are very helping and polite
