Very bad service specially the branch manager ilyas khan has been lying to my elderly parents in the month of ramadaan after making them wait in the cue without any shade that the transfer made from dxb will reach in a day or two without even enquiring it from EIB or the concern department and after 10 days he says he cant even find the transaction
Extremely worst experience , especially branch manager ilyas ,he has no manners he is misbehaving , rude and treat customers like beggars , zero ethics,dont show any respect not even to widows or children , i regret why i had to deal with them , Seriously pathetic branch , this branch is a disgrace to Meezan bank.
Worst banking services specificly this branch of meezan bank, as the manager Ilyas is not responsive and even the debit card have to get collected from the branch, it should be delivered at account holder home address but this branch is living in 100 years back mainly because of its manager.
