Not know might be a good bank bit in my personal experience I found it worst Bank, every time for every transaction they have long procedure to follow.
This was my first bank and got worst customer service. The operators are ridiculous with no good knowledge to assist what so ever. Wasted my time here for no good reason. I would never advice anyone to be a part of this bank.
Average customer service, if someone knows you then you will get great service, employees are not sure about Islamic and conventional are different
Customer Supporting staff need to be improvements of customer services
