I would only say it’s the best interms of staff and guidance everything is so perfect Good Job Mezan Bank
Lack of customer service, went to open my account but was asked to wait, I waited but after a while I left because of no response, and as I was leaving, they didn’t even bother stopping me or calling someone to attend me. Plus the branch itself is quite congested.
The staff speak very harshly whenever we ask them anything and do not provide us with the right. guidance
Excellent behaviour specially Mr zafar and staff
