To who it may concern, I would like to put complaint against MCB bank Usman Plaza, Street 12, Chaklala Scheme 3 Chaklala Housing Scheme 3, Rawalpindi, Punjab 46000 Branch No 1517 on Tuesday 25th May 2021 around about 3pm I went to this branch to receive money which was sent by a friend of mine it was first time for myself to visit this bank. The experience was disappointing for me nobody was helpful or friendly the whole process toke 1 hour when I was about to receive the money the women their said I need second approval as the money was over 1 lakh went and found second person to sign the approval for me then went to cashier but he was already occupied and was not interested in talk to us or any sort of communication he just toke the slip and gave the money to us and we left without count the money which was our fault but we were in a rush as I had hairdresser appointment. As it came to next day when I counted the money I had received 21K PKR less so I went to the bank spoke the advisor who signed my second approval the day before he said its your fault as you didn't count the money we can't do anything about it now but I asked for the balance sheet which is done at a bank end of each day to show the transaction which toke place If the money was short or over in a transaction said he said everything was okay and wasn't helpful at all. But the very next day Wednesday 26th May 2021 I had received a call in the morning which I didn't answer but I received it again in the late afternoon and it was from bank and the conversation I said with banker was that he said have you received any extra cash as we are short on yesterday money by 30,000 so I explained to him what had happened to me and he said sorry about it I will look out for both amount and mine and your DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK
Staff is quite helpful
There service is very slow and mostly offline
Morning time too much crowdy. Also lazy staff... ATM is ok.
Not good experience though. But its a big name.
