My last visit wasn't Good experience facing non Profissional Staff.
Poor service. No token system like that available in other bank branches nowadays. Poor designing with obliquely placed cashier counter and no proper que. People are jumping over each other on the counter. Weird kind of glass cover with obstruction of sound resulting in difficulty communicating with the teller. Very small place under the counter to deal with the teller. Not a good experience at all doing a transaction at this branch.
It's okay overall but the down rating is for the slow and non serious staff members.
The bank with no photocopier machine. Kindly whenever you make a deposit there try to donate for machine.
