I m MCB customer from past 6 years Non professional attitude. Laughing, lazy talking on the phone, one of the worst MCB branch i ever visit. They was Miss guided me all the time.
ATM machines and software is improved and appreciated
The Branch Manager Mr. khawaja is completely unprofessional and he doesn’t care about the new customers and ruining the image of MCB. MCB should take action because there are many complaints against this branch and against the BOM. I’m the new customer for MCB and they lost it due to the false justifications and lame excuses. Pathetic service Untrained staff Poor management Attitude problem
One of the pathetic bank in town with poor service. Staff do not cooperate with customers. They make lame excuses instead of helping customer. MCB please train your staff.
