Very bad & slow service careless staff &its service i complain about my atm card from 16th April & today is29th April but still I’m waiting for response ? I’m very Disappointed shame on you HM?
Most laziest staff ever seen. My account was open at 10-08-2021....today is 17-09-2021 still thanks letter is not received. All other banks call their customers to receive their checkbook and ATM only this bank require thanks letter..... Most rubbish bank of Pakistan..
5 counters and only one is functional serving cash, deposit and utility bill tickets all in one. Not worthy to come here. They do not respect ticket number as well.
Absolutely rubbish. customer service is very slow. no answer at call inquiries. staff is not friendly at all.
