No waiting time and the stuff is friendly. Everything went smooth. I think Kbank is the best choice for foreigners. Good banking app too.

Why in the world does this branch wants to be more difficult than others! Complete waste of time and horrific service! No need to put your money in this branch, they are the absolute worst and gives kasikorn bank a really bad name.

They gave us a list of documents required to open an account, then asked for something not on it at the appointment. A complete waste of time.

If I can give no star. I will give it to them. They disable my kplus app without any reasons. I went to this bank and they are asking me for my passport. I know they need the original but my passport is in the embassy and I can only get it for next month. After explaining it to the person at the front that I can only provide a photo of my passport front page she just told me that “You can just come back next month” Seriously? If all your money is there? No help at all. Shame

They did not open current account for my first salary without tax id. But I have work visa and work permit. Very disappointed and choose next door bank, they don’t ask tax id. Not recommend, customer service lower zero. Keep losing customers
