Arrived on Friday 4pm to make a transfer. My waiting time was zero seconds! Showed screenshot, gave my passport, everything was done in 2 minutes. Bank worker speaks good English. I'm very satisfied. Branch located on the 3rd floor.
Definitely a bad experience. One lady was very helpful, she is a little bit chubby and young. The rest are way too rude and even do discrimination. My friend got installed NEXT app on his phone with DTV but mine was refused to get installed. That happened after seeing my passport. What a disappointment!
Service is very slow. Branch is full of customer, only two staffs are working, but have 10 counter. Staff is there but dont work, just on the phone doing nothing. Horrible service, wait for hours. How does it work as a bank ?? Horrible
Good but busy
The worst service I have ever received in Thailand was from this KTB bank. Really terrible experience. Probably the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life. Not only was her attitude horrendous, the teller even had the audacity to noticeably raise her voice at me when answering my questions about why my account with 3000 baht remaining was closed due to inactivity. Though the value is not a lot but I wanted a proper explanation from someone who is properly trained to provide decent customer service.
