I came to this bank to open a debit card with all the required documents: a long-term student visa, proof of residence, and proof of studies. However, they insisted on a different type of studies confirmation, in a week I returned with a new document. What happened next was beyond ridiculous. The staff spent time scrutinizing my paperwork, desperately trying to find mistakes. In the end, they rejected it, saying I needed the exact same information but in a table format—what?! Then they claimed that an official stamp from the Chonburi Education Government meant nothing to them and was not a valid proof of my legal status—excuse me, what?! They demanded some other stamp but refused to explain what exactly was needed. When I asked for a full example of the required document or for them to communicate directly with my university representative to clarify the issue, they flatly refused. No willingness to help, no clear explanations—just endless bureaucracy and arrogance. Be prepared to come

One the best service experience I have received from a bank. Probably because it was almost empty at 1030am. The counter staff spoke english n the manager was attentive. Did my atm card replacement n passport update .. all smooth n efficient in 20 min … 👏👏👍👏❤️

useless. went there because my card wasn't working. they checked, then send me away bc i didn't bring my passport. i came back with passport, they checked again for 10 minutes before they told me they weren't able to do anything for me at this branch. obviously too difficult to mention that the first time before wasting my time...

Stupid staff and terrible service!! They won't give you all the service you want.

I just want to say how wonderful and efficient your staff are. Every time I go in to get advice and help your staff sort all my queries. They are so friendly and patient. I wish I knew their names to mention them. Overall I'm a very happy client. Please send my thanks to your staff. 🌺🌺
