staff absolutely useless. on personal calls and helping 2 other customers who did not even queue before seeing me. acted like i was an idiot for not knowing how to update my phone number through the app (not possible), then proceeded to tell me that i would need the now-expired passport i opened my account with 10 years ago (not my current valid one). she didn't actually know what to do, called her own company's customer service only to have them come up with every excuse possible to avoid helping me. had a very easy time with the exact same issue down the street at krungthai bank, it took about 10 minutes.
I used their service, and it was extremely slow.
Fast service, good assistance for the elderly. Very impressive.
