Staff were very efficient and helpful with paperwork for visa applications. I went at 9:00 and got statements and letter in 10 minutes.
On Google maps they state to have opening times until 17:30, on the door it states until 17, but in reality it’s open only until 16:30
I went there to open bank account yesterday. Outstanding customer service and the branch manager is smart and helpful. Really appreciate it.
The service of bank is very bad. I have work permit for diplomat but bank staff didn't understand. And I can not open bank account. I went to other bank and I have opened my bank account easily.
