November 25: I had to go to the bank to update my bank book / mobile app. This building was crowded but the security guy kindly told me to go to the other branch just located across the road. Indeed there was no queue, good service and in 15 minutes, things were all set. Thank you!
Honestly had a great experience here opening up my Thai bank account! I’m not sure what the negative reviews are about. The staff are helpful and friendly. Opening a bank account took about 45 minutes and most of the time it was signing the correct paperwork. Highly recommend!
Spent 25 min waiting long queue and at the end they wanted me wait longer ,get new ticket and solve my problem...by the way,you cant get your own money just with you passport ,be sure you get all your bank documents otherwise they will charge you 90bahths to make new documents.what a joke!but they got my face ID,passport,visa and next will be my DNA...
Bank branch on Sukhumvit Road near top of Soi 2 shows as open Saturday on Google Maps but it is not. There is a branch open 10:30 am on Saturday in Central World on 3rd or 4th floor. No queue when I went. (Central World is mall between Chit Lom and Siam BTS.)
