I had the worst experience at the Pay & Tour booth here this morning. I downloaded the tag thai app and I was asked to input a pin on the Kbank booth’s tablet. Then I was asked to enter that same pin in my phone. The tag thai app said invalid, I tried 5x. All errors. I was asked to come back after an hour and try again. Same issue. The thai staff on the counter started getting mad, telling me I didn’t remember the pin I was entering and that she cannot help me any further. I hope they can replace this lady, she’s the most rude local i have ever encountered. She basically ruined my day. -Feb 16, 2026 around 11:15am.

The staff at KBank Siam Paragon are always very helpful and have excellent communication skills. Every time I visit, even when the branch is busy, they still provide attentive and friendly service. This branch is also very convenient, with ATMs, a passbook update machine, and a deposit machine located right beside the bank.

👎🏻To find out why I wasn't receiving verification codes on my phone, I had to wait 1.5 hours in line, even though there were only six people ahead of me. The service speed is appallingly slow. You have to sit in a freezing cold room due to the air conditioning, making it feel like a refrigerator. It then took the manager another half hour to resolve my issue. Their command of English is poor, and the manager was incompetent, forcing me to speak with another manager over the phone. I left there completely frozen and having wasted a lot of time. Horrible service.😡

If I could give 0 stars I would. Book an appointment online, showed up on time, saw I was next in queue. After about a half an hour I tried to speak to someone for clarification on what’s going on only for the associate to rudely walk away from me before I could ask anything. Only to find out there is only one counter at opens accounts?? And I guess over an hour isn’t enough time for them to do their job. Ridiculous. Walked out after waiting over an hour, don’t waster your time at this branch!

Went there at 4:00 PM on 23rd October, 2025. Staff did not have manner. She even threw my documents at me and did not say “thank you” or “smile”. And spoke in Thai to non-Thai speaker. K Bank, you better train your staff how to treat customers. 😅
