The Siam Square branch is located in the Siam Kitt Building. It's a small branch with few customers. The staff seem sleepy. If there's a queue, you'll have to wait a long time because there are only 3 employees.
No one answers the phone. It's very difficult to contact them.
The phone number is ringing, but no one answers. I've been calling all day.
I'm not sure if there's a staff shortage or what, but the bank was packed with people, and there were only two staff members working. I waited for two hours and still hadn't gotten to my turn. People were taking A and B queues at the same desk, and each queue was taking forever, disrupting the workflow. It's a real shame about the bank's image of being modern and having reformed its system.
There are too few staff, the service is slow, no one answers the phone, and they're not very accommodating. I just wanted to update my passbook (after having already finished a transaction at the counter), but they wouldn't take it, telling me to wait because there were other customers. But once those customers left, they didn't call me; they just moved on to the next person in line. I had to go and inform another staff member. I've never experienced this at other branches. I absolutely had to use this branch; otherwise, I wouldn't have come.
