Worst services, staff is rude and they don't even know about their own bank policies. They don't process in a go..you have to visit them again and again and remind them and then they will do your work.

My experience with JS bank was not at very high level, the service level is average compared to big commercial banks in Pakistan

I usually visit this branch as I am available only on Saturday and this is one of the very few branches of JS bank that operates on Saturday. Although it is very small in compare to its many other branches, but I always had a fine experience here.

Credit card department service is very poor. they take all your documents for credit card and after months when you ask them for credit card progress they not reply you. very bed service

Worst noob staff there, i went there 2 weeks ago for my account making process... First of all they were unable to understand which account type i needed... Second time i went with my documents and there was not the person who was assisting me, the female manager there told me that he is out of town due to a marriage... Overall worst experience of any bank i ever went.
