Worse banking services in this branch.. unfortunately I have account here but soon will be moving from here. Whenever u go the branch is full and teller is so slow and not following the token number. Just favoring their own people. HBL very bad customer service need to improve and hire more staff. Three counter and only one operational. Highly disappointed visiting this branch.
It's very busy specially in 1st and 2nd weeks of every month and in the last week of every month mornings to afternoons till 3 pm so try to pursue to another bank near sadiqabad chowk if you want to deposit quickly. Besides that there is late working and rude behaviour of staff with clients and payers of bills etc so don't go to this bank try to pursue to the nearest bank.
Too crowded and long lines outside the bank..... Try to avoid if possible... especially in COVID-19 days as they only allow one by one that's too teasing
Very very very rude staff .... security guard too ........bad experience........??????
