Very slow, very slow, I have to pay gas reconnection payment 370Rs , one cashier ، and house is almost full,
Its 22nd january 2021. Its my first time experience in education board rawalpindi. Here Bank timing is 9 am to 4 pm. I was here at 8.45 am & its 9.36 am but bank's counter is still closed. when i asked from the staff roaming around thatwhat is the reason of closing,they replied that the key of this door has been left at home. There are manypeople waiting here along with senior citizens. But there is no information being given to them about delaying. Its humbly request to the management,kindly give proper professional training of customer service to the staff atleast they can guide to the clients. If it will as it happens today then it will be a verybad effect on the business & on the name of HBL.
I visit this this branch every month and honestly speaking staaf are really coperated peacefull environment
