I have opened an account in this branch on NOV 21 and still, even after passing 4 months, I haven't received my debit card yet. Even after visiting the branch multiple of times and addressing my issue, They are lazy and don't have any care for the customer.
One of the pathetic Bank I have ever been visited, staff don't know what to do and they do not have any kind of training, i went there to open my account and it took 3 weeks for them to upload my do documents, the person who was opening my account was not sure to which documents he actually need, when i went to see the manager Ms.Shakoor and was telling her about all of this,she was not interested and rolling her eyes. Worst experience ever in Pakistan. I would highly NOT recommend to business with them.
