It has been decades that the bank got privatized, yet the style of working doesn't change much. The review isn't only for this branch but the overall experience with this bank over decades now. May be the only reason I still maintain an account here is since this was my first ever bank account. The bank stands among the biggest customers-base and branch network in Pakistan yet their systems fall considerably behind the competition. I don't know why they even offer the customer support helpline when the answer to all requests in the end is "you need to visit your branch" The HBL Online & Mob App doesn't allow you to retrieve more than 60 days past transactions in today's era of technology... Definitely this indicates a lack of will to invest on system capabilities and resources matching their portfolio... In one word it all is just "PATHETIC"...!!!
