I went there at 2pm gaurd didn't let me in said bank is closed and he was quite rude... Although the closing time shows 5pm
Overall I don't recommend HBL but Rehmanabad branch Sidra helped me a lot to process my request regarding account inactive to active. I really appreciate her efforts. May ALLAH bless her and get more success in her work.
Worst customer service, bank manager and staff dont know how to talk with a customer.
