Accountants have no maners how to talk with ladies, very poor service and too lazy accountant shame on you HBL raffay mall branch i am very disappointed both there two accountants have no manners how to deal our customers and i requested to you branch manager fire this two accountants ??

Poor customer service.... Only one counter is functional, long waiting time. Highly disappointed! Staff is non cooperative as well.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in any bank. HBL elsewhere is superb esp Jhelum Cantt branch and Saddar RWP br. But the staff at biometrics counter at HBL Rafay Mall Branch is not so willing to work or help clients favourably. I suggest the management to groom the staff at Rafay Mall br upto the high standard of JMR Cantt branch's.
