Counters need to be increased here. In this day and age one does not expect to wait 10-15 minutes to make a transaction at the bank.
Very old Bank with good service Perfect online services of banking Staff is professional and cooperative, but due to rush, every time you expect delays which is very irritating Management should must consider to enlarge the size of branch with more staff One of the issues is car parking, since Badar Commercial is highly Commercial and crowded therefore usually parking is not easily available, Bank should arrange veluet parking
Small but very busy branch .Too much crowded .one have wait for very long to reach the counter. Staff are very coperative but due great rush they can't handle it.Diffcult to get parking.
Very poor service. I rang atleast 150 times in the space of 3 days and not once anyone answered the phone. Spoke to a different HBL branch who provided me with the manager contact details but guess what he is not even answering my phone. Please don't waste your time with this bank. Absolute waste of time.
