A bank doing business with the public money of millions and millions but cannot provide people with a mask if they are arriving without it. I totally acknowledge the importance of masks and social distancing. The management sitting inside with orders of not letting anyone without mask to enter. They cant add a box or 2 of surgical masks outside to entertain those who for some reason need a mask. This is beyond pathetic. I saw so many people being turned away unprofessionally to grab a mask which is not being provided from anywhere close. No sense of catering the customers with respect and professionalism.

Very slow service and you have to wait for long time
You have to stay on long queues for your turn and you have to burn in sun outside the bank. Their customer service is very poor
