This Is The Worse Bank Staff I Have Ever Seen In My Life, Specially The Lady Who Opens Bank Account And The Bald Manager Who Checks Account Statement And Sits Beside Cash Counter, They Have 0 Ethics. They Have No Idea How To Assist And Deal With A Customer. HBL Should Take Notice.
Worst Branch extremely slow services. the branch manager khatoon seems helpless, no check and balance on how many tickets have been pending .. completely clueless branch .. giving high competition to government banks
